yes (for some reason it happened to compile on Linux - with glibc 2.1.3 I
think - I was switching back/forth between Slackware 7.1 and Debian stable
to get the document stuff updated, and happened to notice the timestamp
thing while I was looking for something else).
I paid more attention to the time.h include than the other...
