I updated the rollup patch.  Barring the usual, this is my proposed pre-release
for ncurses 5.3:

        a) does not build/run on a given platform as well as ncurses 5.2
           (that should cover 99% of the reports)

        b) minor documentation issues

I've built this version on Linux (Slackware 7.1, 3.6), Tru64 5.0, OS/2 EMX,
and will proceed to test-build on the other platforms available to me.  If
no real problems arise, probably release in October.
