ncurses 5.3 on OS X 10.2

Ok, the only problem ncurses has on os x is that the configure script 
is broken :-)

It thinks that the os x linker is broken, so defines BROKEN_LINKER and 
that creates all the problems. I'm not an autoconf wizard, so i dont 
know how to fix it, but i removed that test from configure and it built 
and works fine.
