I didn't approve any mailing-list stuff today (there were perhaps 20-30 spam/virus emails that I did cancel). Perhaps one of them leaked through, or you're talking about something older than the past 24 hours. (I'll check my saved-email later - I don't see anything applicable in the archive, but that's a little older than 24 hours).
