There were some bug-reports regarding cross-compiles right after 5.3
Looking at "NEWS", it appears that I incorporated the fixes with
20021214, which is part of the rollup patch.

Likewise, there were a couple of missing/incorrect dependencies in
Ada95/src/Makefile.in, which are fixed in 20030510.
