This particular change seems to be causing issues w.r.t. building outside
of the srcdir.
cd ../obj_s; i386-linux-gcc -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I../ncurses
-I../../ncurses-5.3/ncurses -I../../ncurses-5.3/ncurses/../include -I.
-I../include -D_GNU_SOURCE -DNDEBUG -O2 -fPIC -c
../../ncurses-5.3/ncurses/base/lib_slktouch.c
cd ../obj_s; i386-linux-gcc -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I../ncurses
-I../../ncurses-5.3/ncurses -I../../ncurses-5.3/ncurses/../include -I.
-I../include -D_GNU_SOURCE -DNDEBUG -O2 -fPIC -c
../../ncurses-5.3/ncurses/base/lib_touch.c

I verified and previous patch did build correctly outside of srcdir.
