        + fix ifdef in c++/internal.h for QNX 6.1
        + test-compiled with (old) egcs-1.1.2, modified configure script to
          not unset the $CXX and related variables which would prevent this.
        + fix a few terminfo.src typos exposed by improvments to "-f" option.
        + improve infocmp/tic "-f" option formatting.
