        + fix redrawing of windows other than stdscr using wredrawln() by
          touching the corresponding rows in curscr (discussion with Dan
          Gookin).
        + add test/redraw.c
        + add test/echochar.c
        + review/cleanup manpage descriptions of error-returns for form- and
          menu-libraries (prompted by FreeBSD docs/46196).
