Learning CDK

Hi,

I know a little ncurses and want to use CDK for input dialogs.

Is that the correct choice? Are there alternatives?

But how do not know how to learn CDK.
I googled, I found the manpages. I find quite difficult to learn from those.
Is there any CDK tutorial out there?
Or some comprehensive examples? I believe if I saw a little programm,
displaying a dialog with a few widgets using cdk, I would have much less
trouble with the manpages.
