This is a very minor issue, but Debian's lintian¹ tool complains about
it²:
ncurses-bin
* W manpage-section-mismatch
o usr/share/man/man1/tabs.1.gz:30 1 != 1M
Indeed,

| $ grep -i '\.th' man/tabs.1
| .TH @TABS@ 1M ""
`----
Any reason not to use 1 instead of 1M ?
