I thought I fixed _that_ in

yes - I changed the sources to use the latter since I needed to make
a configure-scripted substitution in one of the header files. 
ncurses_dll.h would be generated - into the build-tree - so the makefile
had to be altered to reflect that.

20090613
        + move definition for NCURSES_WRAPPED_VAR back to ncurses_dll.h, to
          make includes of term.h without curses.h work (report by "Nix").
