FWIW: xterm: ok, no problem. Xfce (4.6) Terminal (and Eterm, probably
others), there comes a point (quite quickly) while resizes the terminal
window that it seems to miss a KEY_RESIZE and from then on, the (get)
maxx/maxy results are a step behind.
