Great - thanks for that.
By the way, have you ever encountered an interaction between the console
mouse server gpm(8) and dialog in a PuTTY window? A couple of years ago I
posted a description on the CentOS Forum
(https://www.centos.org/modules/newbb/viewtopic.php?viewmode=flat&topic_id=1
9814&forum=37) but nobody could offer an explanation. Should have posted
here instead :-)
