update vte terminfo |

Hi;
attached are two patches to update the 'vte' terminfo description.
Firstly, vte 0.34.1 supports italic text[1], so I added a new
'vte-2012' definition with sitm and ritm capabilities, and made 'vte'
use 'vte-2012' instead of the old 'vte-2008'; same for 'gnome' which
just 'use's 'vte'.
Secondly, vte supports 256 colors, and I can't see any reason not to
use that by default. So I changed 'vte-2012' to use xterm-256colors,
which leaves 'vte-256colors' as a simple alias for 'vte'. Same for
'gnome-256colors'.
Regards,
Christian
