Hi, while trying to figure out why the current ncurses release fails to
build for mingw64 I noticed it uses a not-so-quite-autotools build system.
Would be something acceptable moving it to the normal autotools,
possibly using the recent one?
>From what I can see the whole system would be much simpler and easy to
manage.
