0. ncurses-6.1-20180129.patch.gz is the first patch applicable to ncurses-6.1.tar.gz, and, possibly, should be moved from 6.0 directory to 6.1

1. the ncurses-6.1-20180609.patch.gz patch seems to be non applicable. trying to patch with it ends up with error. patching log follows:
