that's a show-stopper - I won't consider any variation of GPL-licensed
code for inclusion.

More than that, the Su/Tc/setrgbb/setrgbf won't go in ncurses...

Finally, the name "xterm-kitty" isn't suitable either.
Perhaps "kitty", but there's the other issues.
