Which version of Oleo ? There was one which had a problem with it.
If you don't have 1.99.14, please get it from
  ftp://ftp.gnu.org/pub/oleo/oleo-1.99.14.tar.gz
or from one of the GNU mirrors.

If that's the version you're using, then I'd like more exact
information :

Could you copy/paste the last couple of lines of the compilation
output and error messages, so I can understand what's wrong ?
