Hi,
I have learned to successfully compile oleo-1.99.16.tar.gz for RedHat
9 on my k62 300 laptop!
I inserted a line 37 into /src/io-term.c
#include <errno,h>
I saw this was also a problem for others in Jan 2003 was it?
Anyhow, I built an rpm using 'checkinstall' which of course includes the
change.
It works, although I haven't learned to use the sheet yet.
I am now learning to use 'rpmbuild' to build again and make a source rpm
as well and wondered if it was ok to make source without a seperate
'patch' for the errno thing. (pristine sources) Is this legal , or
will I be arrested :-?
I also wondered if either of these rpm's should be posted somewhere.
Like I said the i386 rpm works, and someone else may like to try it.
Thanks, Howard
