It has earlier been suggested that niceload should be able to call a
user specified program which will return a number between 0 and 100,
and that niceload based on this value will suspend/run the actual
command.
This way it will be easier for mac users to make their own script for
determining IO. If a generally useful script turns up, then that can
be included with niceload.
