The script downloads from: http://ftpmirror.gnu.org/parallel which
redirects you to your local GNU mirror.

It seems your mirror is broken (mine works fine), so we need to figure
out which mirror you use. So start by going to:
http://ftpmirror.gnu.org/parallel on the machine you want to install
on and post which URL you are being redirected to.

Did you notice that you can simply do this to check the signature:

  bash parallel-20140622.tar.bz2.sig
