GNU Parallel is a GNU package.  It should be consistent with GNU guidelines.

The inconsistency:

    The Parallel page on gnu.org says "Arch Linux".

    But

        GNU's page on distros says "Arch GNU/Linux."
        https://www.gnu.org/distros/common-distros.html#Arch
