I spotted another minor buglet in the parallel.1 man page.
One of the examples
seq 3 | parallel sem sed -i -e 'i{}' myfile
will insert a number between 1 and 3 before _every_ line of myfile,
instead of "prepending the file with lines with the numbers 1 to 3",
as clained. Use the following instead:
seq 3 | parallel sem sed -i -e '1i{}' myfile
The appropriate diff patch follows:
