[Parallel web pages] Proposed changes

Hello,

We are planning to migrate all templated pages on gnu.org to HTML5 in
order to improve accessibility. But before doing this, deprecated tags
such as <tt>, <acronym> and <big> need to be removed.

The home page of Parallel contains <tt>. I got rid of it, and took this
opportunity to make other minor changes:


*index.html*

* Replace <tt> with <kbd> (commands);

* Rewrite Download and Documentation to make link texts more meaningful
(no URL: screen readers spell them letter by letter).

* Make explanations about mailing lists more concise;

* Replace http with https where possible.

* Remove "http://www.gnu.org"; in local URL.


*index.html and 10-year-anniversary.html*

* Restyle the logo to make it more responsive, and move it to the second
paragraph so the introduction comes first on smartphones.


*index.html, history.html and 10-year-anniversary.html*

* Update to the current boilerplate, and limit line width.


A diff is attached. If you agree with the changes but don't have time
to commit them right now, I will gladly do it.
