Trouble finding and reading the documentation

I'm having some trouble with the documentation linked from the main web page 
(https://www.gnu.org/software/parallel/):

- https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.1146014 is unavailable
- https://www.gnu.org/software/parallel/parallel_tutorial.pdf uses some 
dialect/features of PDF which Firefox doesn't understand, so all the pages show 
up with no text.
