It's called the "pixie hat" although Eve's will be named "oatmeal jammer" because of its pretty berries-and-oats colors. the queen of the art form .
Jonathan can't pick up Sgt.
The way the strips feel, heavy and soft against my legs when I knit them, turning from knit to purl, right side to wrong side, is a heady experience.
And as I disengaged myself from the various electronic crises and readied Truman for our long bike ride to meet some lovely, calm mamas for a brainstorming meeting, I remembered the moon. Maybe it will work out.
Whatever, he doesn't want to go home most days.
So I started increasing one stitch on each end, every right-side row.
Even if you weren't, guess what?
, a skateboarder grabbed ahold of Truman's trailer, and hitched a ride.
We weren't even the last people to turn in our goodies.
When we go out in the world, we make it better, not worse.
It's a full moon in August. Hmmm, I need more cables! My goal pace was eight-minute miles, and I worked hard to run most of my training runs at that pace, or faster for downhill. We're only one family, with only one car off the road. But most of all I feel super lucky to have gotten interested in the whole blogging thing when I did.
In the quiet, I'm able to write or do "paper"work or just wander.
And today we have all-beef hot dogs: DELICIOUS!
Jonathan can't pick up Sgt. Not so much the day previous, when I'd had to drag him, kicking and shrieking and throwing bark dust in my face, from the play structure at Laurelhurst Park to the bus stop a block away.
And we went to the kick-off event at Pioneer Square today and oh, was I right!
