When changing all the source files in a project, I think that the notation
{all} in
a ChangeLog should be allowed instead of writing all the files individually.
Here is a real world example of this change: Today I was building The
Netwide Assembler, and I noticed that the Makefiles set `-std=c99'. I
removed it and C90ifyed the sources. But considering that there are more
than a few files in the project, I used the notation

* ({all}) C90ify sources
... other changes follow ;..
