Chinese translation of GNU coding standard

Hello standards list,
I'm the coordinator of GNU Chinese Translation Team. A translator showed 
interest in GNU coding standard yesterday. Before starting the translation, 
could you please confirm below issue? Your help is greatly appreciated.

I have digged a little later, and found the script used to generating
all the available formats documents on
http://www.gnu.org/prep/standards/. I personally think "GNU coding
standard" is all converted from the Texinfo source of it, which is
available on the bottom on that page.

If this is confirmed, I would rather think the translation on this
file is far better than plain text file. I am not familiar with
Texinfo currently, but I will look into it.
