I thought about that, but since the CVS links still worked, I just left
it.  I suppose it's preferable to link to the source of the source,
though.

    but not the PDF, as the latter translates ';' to '%3b'.  Not sure
    whether that is a bug in texinfo.tex or in gitweb.

texinfo.tex does not do any %xx translation.
