   Please wait with posting diffs 2-3 days, so one can hash out
   things.  It makes it hard to reply to one email, and then you
   see a new diff without knowing what exactly changed.  Not
   everyone is connected 24/7 to the interwebs.

Sorry, i mistakenly assumed that no one was listening in.  I posted
the latest diff a few minutes ago (before seeing your message), as
part of a series of exchanges with Stefano Lattarini that is just
about finished.  Hopefully those messages will arrive to you sooner
than later, but in any case, i will wait a few days as you suggest
before continuing.
