Please, revert change to line "Install Command Categories"
(patch applied). This is normal text of the standards, so it
should contain `such' quotes in texinfo as well as in all
other parts of the standards. Such quotes appears right in
html version (they are rendered as normal beautiful Englush
‘such’ quotes). Unfortunately, they are appeared as `such'
ugly quotes in "info standards" command, but, I think this is
a bug in "texinfo2info" or "info".
What about using @samp? The Texinfo 5.2 makeinfo seems to DTRT
for this (menu blurbs) context. I've experimented w/ @code and
@t, as well, but only @samp includes quotation marks for both
Info and HTML output. Am i missing something?
