   Since the discussion has died down (nothing more in the past month), I 
   think it clearly *is* now time to involve rms in the question of using 
   changeset-level descriptions, not in ChangeLog format and written with the 
   expectation that the reader has access to the VCS to look at the details 
   of the change if desired.
