make-stds.texi manual feedback

Thank you for the really useful documentation.

I have some minor feedback about the document at the following address:

I believe that my feedback concerns text in the make-stds.texi file.

My feedback does not mean that the text is wrong. 
I hope that somebody can review the text and decide whether it can or 
should be improved (not necessarily in the way that I suggest), please.

Perhaps delete "here".

> Also do not install files that are modified in the normal course of
their use

Perhaps change "install files" to "install in this directory any files".
