[Bug-stow] -t does not seem to work for -D in neither 1.3 or 1.3.3

First the setup of the storage area:

the stow-area. There is also a bunch of links in lib.

Finally I want to unstow in the target area:

% stow -vvv -t ~/tmp/ggg -D liontm-3.1.1

This does not change the target area in any way. What am I doing
wrong?
