When running `LANGUAGE=en tar --usage`, the output contains this fragment:
[--format=FORMAT] [-- gnu] [-- oldgnu] [--
pax] [-- posix] [-- ustar] [-- v7]
I don't think these [-- gnu] to [-- v7] things should be there. I'm seeing
them with tar-1.34, 1.32, and 1.30. But tar-1.29 did not have them.
Also, two lines down, with LANGUAGE=nl or LANGUAGE=de, a newline is lacking
before the [--posix] element, causing it to appear around column 100. This
seems to be triggered when the translation for the [--pax-option...] element
has more than 80 columns. This is probably a bug in gnulib's argp_help()
routine, but I'm not sure.
