I have plenty of these. Here is an example:
@chapter A letter from Per@'uvian Congressman Edgar David Villanueva
address@hidden to Juan Alberto Gonz@'alez, General Manager of Microsoft Per@'u
(no word wrap in the original)
TeX handles this surprisingly well. However, I get this in Info:
A letter from Peru'vian Congressman Edgar David Villanueva Nun~ez to
Juan Alberto Gonza'lez, General Manager of Microsoft Peru'
*******************************************************************************************************************************
(no word wrap in text) Regardless of how correct this is, it is silly.
And makeinfo seems to produce the correct result of "@'u" later in the
document, and I'm sure that "@'a" wouldn't be much trouble either.
So I ask that these lines be wrapped in info just like text, and the
length of the *** line be limited to whatever the wrapping margin is set to.

There has been another attempt to seize power. So far, the
aristocratic forces have been defeated.
