If @unnumberedsubsubsec is immediately followed by @deffn, texinfo.tex
allows a break right after the title. This looks bad. I believe that
this is true for all header commands in any combination with @def...
Another ugliness are vertically stretched pages. For example,
address@hidden@end deffn' immediately followed by @unnumberedsubsubsec
provides more vertical space after the header line than before it. It
should be exactly the other way round.
BTW, the vertical stretching sometimes produces bizarre results (see
attached image). Wouldn't it be better to allow a certain amount of a
ragged bottom? Or the other way, wouldn't it be better to limit
vertical stretching to avoid such artefacts?
