In fact I didn't searched for the book, as I didn't knew it. I searched for a
free tutorial/presentation of TeX on internet, and I found a lot on LaTeX, 
while information on TeX was hard to find (except of course references on the
TeX book). In the end I found your book, I don't remember where exactly.

Maybe try to make it figure on a LaTeX FAQ ?
