Argh, that shouldn't even exist, it's in util/ now.  And they're out of
sync.  I'll have to work on that.

The others -- nah, I see no reason to have them in the distribution.
Those tests are not actually run, I never finished them.  Maybe info-fr,
but I dunno, it's not maintained, and I'm not sure that's the right
naming convention, etc.
