ouch, a hundred and fifty untranslated strings

Hello,

What went wrong?  The Translation Project has seen only the
pretests 4.13.90, 4.13.91 and 4.13.92.

And 5.0 has now been released with a 150 untranslated strings.

In the email archives I see there have been a 93 and 94 and
95 and 96 and 97 too!  Were these not announced to the TP?
Or has the coordinator been sleeping?

But, if the coordinator were sleeping, shouldn't the absence of
incoming updated translations have triggered an "ehm..."?
