I did not want to show the file, since it is included in the texinfo
source, but since it is not in released yet, and it depends on recent
changes in texinfo code it may have been better for me to wait for a pre
release to announce that feature.
For now, I think that the best way to use that feature is to install the
texinfo development sources, and call texi2any like
texi2any --html --init-file=highlight_syntax.pm mymanual.texi
Alternatively, the file is, in the source in
tp/init/highlight_syntax.pm
and can be called with --init-file using a real path.
It is up to Gavin, but my wild guess is that a pre-release is probably
not far away.
