I've attempted another fix, in commit c997231d30. If that doesn't work
we could check explicity for certain environments inside @multitable.
This kind of nesting of environments is not something that is expected
and if it works it likely only works by accident. It's hard to imagine
why you would put a @multitable inside a @quotation etc. However, in this
case it seems easy enough to fix, so we may as well fix it.
