It's a few days out of date but I'll be updating in the next few days with the fixed html code. You might also look at the elliptic functions/ integrals, orthopoly section and the distrib section.

6.8 helped quite a bit but even with 6.7 we were able to render Mathjax nicely.

I'm looking forward to seeing the Maxima manual on the web with proper
math rendering!
