The best place to start is probably
http://wget.addictivecode.org/HelpingWithWget (especially, see the
section on "Finding Something to Work On" :D ). That should give you a
good idea of how to sift through the buglists. If you need more help
finding something suitable, come see me on IRC (I'm usually there during
Pacific daytime hours).
