Hi,
   I want to download a file named eq-chic.dirB.20080319-185908.UTC.anon.pcap.gz from the following location:

   https://data.caida.org/datasets/passive-2008/equinix-chicago/20080319/

  So I typed in the following command:

  wget https://data.caida.org/datasets/passive-2008/equinix-chicago/20080319/eq-chic.dirB.20080319-185908.UTC.anon.pcap.gz

  But I'm getting the following message:

--10:49:57--  ftp://https:21/%2Fdata.caida.org/datasets/passive-2008/equinix-chicago/20080319/eq-chic.dirB.20080319-185908.UTC.anon.pcap.gz => `eq-chic.dirB.20080319-185908.UTC.anon.pcap.gz'
 Connecting to https:21...
 https: Host not found

  Could you please explain why this is happening (I can see wgetwin is changing the URL on its own), and suggest a way out?
  Thanks
            Bibudh
