[Bug-wget] NTLM proxy auth for wget?

Hi All

I see there is work to allow http authentication using NTLM protocol.

What about the situation where I am behind a MS proxy and need to do
NTLM authentication with the proxy (rather than the web server)?

I have a quick look at the bug tracker and cannot find any related bug
or feature request. If this is the case could this please be considered
as a request for a future version?
