So, my employer and the FSF have agreed on the specific wording they'll
use for the employer copyright disclaimer form. It's not quite
finalized, but I just sent the copy signed by my employer over to the
FSF copyright clerk, so I expect that I will shortly be able to
contribute my own code to Wget again.

The long delay (over 6 months!) was mostly my fault... I'd get
distracted by "real" work and not prioritize the next step high enough.
But we're finally through it.

Anyway, I'm hoping perhaps this will motivate me to get back into coding
on Wget... there was integration work I could and should have been
doing, but wasn't. Now that I can maintain Wget properly again, I'm
interested in seeing the 1.12 release happen. There's already been quite
a few exciting improvements since 1.11 (CSS support!), and the rest of
the world ought to be able to benefit from it.

My highest priority right now is to finish adding tests and polishing
Saint Xavier's IRI work for inclusion in mainline. Following that I want
to work through Steven Schweda's contributions, which included important
fixes to various FTP issues, and VMS support (both servers, and build
support). Finally, just the most pressing bugs should be addressed, and
I'll leave any that can wait until a later release.
