[Bug-wget] error response entity

How do I retrieve an HTTP response entity when the HTTP status code is
(for example) a 500 Internal Server Error?  By default it appears the
entity is ignored (-O writes an empty file).

In my test configuration the entity is visible via browsers and nc.
