[Bug-wget] problem in main.c

Hi,

I have two questions when compiling main.c
1.../MainTest.cpp:73: error: `OPT_APPEND_OUTPUT' was not declared in this scope
 // the definition of it is:  OPT__APPEND_OUTPUT,
2. the enum definition for type in struct cmdline_option can not be used in 
main() function

So I deep doubt the correction of this source file,have you guys ever met such 
problems?
