I've sent them the filled form as you instructed, but to date received
no reply. It is OK to treat my past and future patches as public domain.

One such adjustment that I have to do is returning some
'interrupted/failed' error code (to be done) instead of a success one
(RETRFINISHED; returned by the current patch code in ftp.c), when the
hard quota has triggered.

I see no other necessary adjustments.
